Supplemental Essay Writing Program

While the Pieper Bar Review course includes 12 essays to be submitted for grading and comprehensive feedback, some students desire even more practice. This program includes an additional five prior New York State bar exam essays and one MPT for students to complete and submit as they work their way through bar review. In addition to receiving a grade, extensive feedback and a model answer for review, this program includes 30 minutes of telephonic tutoring per submission (up to 3 total hours for the six submissions) with the attorney grader who analyzed your submission. The same professional grader will work with you on all six submissions to monitor your progress and hone your bar exam writing.

Note: Since you are investing an enormous amount of time and effort to prepare for the New York State Bar Examination, we encourage you to consider maximizing your return by sitting for a second state's bar examination.  Please peruse the above websites to learn more about the local bar examinations given in neighboring states on the Thursday, immediately following the New York and Multistate exams given on the last Tuesday and Wednesday of February and July, respectively.  By following the procedures outlined therein, you can in just three days take two bars and become admitted to practice in two states.
