Pieper Courses : Guarantee

Starting with Pieper's Summer 2010 Full Bar Review Course, Pieper will guarantee that each student in its Full Bar Review Course who takes the NYS Bar Exam for the first time will pass the exam on the first try!

Starting with Pieper's Summer 2010 Full Bar Review Course, Pieper will guarantee that each student in its Full Bar Review Course who takes the NYS Bar Exam for the first time will pass the exam on the first try. In the event that such a student does not succeed on the exam, that student will be entitled to repeat Pieper's Full Bar Review Course free of charge for the next administration of the exam.*

*This offer is not applicable to students who have previously taken the exam or students who have previously prepared for the exam with Pieper or another bar review company and qualify for Pieper's repeater price rates. Students who study with Pieper and qualify for the guarantee mentioned in the previous paragraph will be entitled to repeat Pieper's Full Bar Review Course free of charge for the next administration of the exam, but the repeater price rates will apply if such students repeat Pieper’s Full Bar Review Course for any subsequent administration of the exam, regardless of whether such students actually repeated Pieper’s Full Bar Review course free of charge for the administration immediately following such student’s initial attempt (i.e. a qualifying student who takes Pieper’s Full Bar Review Course in the Summer of 2010 but does not succeed on the exam for any reason will be entitled sit for Pieper’s Full Bar Review Course from December 2010 through February 2011, but will be required to pay repeater fees to sit for Pieper’s Full Bar Review Course in the Summer 2011, regardless of whether that student studies with Pieper from December 2010 through February 2011).

Repeater price rates are subject to change. Currently, for students repeating the NYS Bar Exam who have studied with Pieper Bar Review within the past five years, the repeater price rate for the Full Bar Review Course is $1,495 ($1,695 for those students requiring an additional set of Pieper Books). For students repeating the NYS Bar Exam who have not studied with Pieper Bar Review, but with another full New York State bar review course within the past five years, the repeater price rate for the Full Bar Review Course is $2,095. Students who have studied with another full New York State bar review course within the past five years must provide a receipt from that bar review course in order to qualify for the $2,095 repeater price rate.
